How Can severe Chest Pain And Gastritis Be Treated?
I have suddenly developed a problem after eating curry or maybe garlic. I start with hiccups then I get a pain across my chest and I can t talk as I seem to be burping but bring up loads of white foam. This can go on for up to half an hour which is so embarrassing if I am I a restaurant. When this turn stops I am perfectly OK..This never happens at home and I eat all food quite normally but I never cook with garlic. Can you help

For further assessment you may require electrocardiogram, relevant blood tests after physician consultation you may require tablet Pantoprazole and syp Mucaine gel after physician consultation. Along with that avoid hot and spicy foods. Take light foods.
In case of not getting relief you may require upper GI endoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation.
